These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mega8 ("mega8", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the mega8 online gaming platform accessible athttps://mega8.cam and any related services, mobile interfaces, or sub-domains.

By registering an account on mega8, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that mega8 may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity listed under Section 8 of these Terms that mega8 expressly forbids on its platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the mega8 platform.

To register and maintain an Account on mega8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mega8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by mega8 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of mega8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be accessing mega8 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction prior to using the platform.
• You may hold only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used.

When registering your mega8 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change. mega8 shall not be liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

mega8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of approved payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliq.

mega8 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed more than once per person, household, IP address, or device, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated at the point of opt-in.
• Maximum bet per spin or per game round while Bonus Funds are active is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500, as specified per promotion. Exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Slots typically contribute100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live casino, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%), or may be excluded entirely.

• mega8 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or void any promotion at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or system error.

All bets and gaming activity on mega8 are subject to these Terms, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each individual game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion between two or more Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise automate gameplay.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, odds discrepancies, or promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering or using the mega8 platform in connection with any illegal financial activity. mega8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's Account details.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the mega8 platform, its software, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mega8.

All content on the mega8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of mega8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mega8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mega8 platform without prior written authorisation from mega8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

mega8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mega8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk. mega8 uses commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute platform security.

mega8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mega8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the mega8 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mega8's international licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact mega8 customer support in the first instance in order to reach an amicable resolution. mega8 undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under mega8's applicable gaming licence for final determination.
